So who am I? Why me? How can I help you?
I was like you are now. Probably worse. I was a very successful real estate agent. For successful – read massively over-worked. At the same time I was raising six children, one of whom is intellectually handicapped. And for a time I was a solo mum too. But I was useless at managing my time and myself. I was all over the place and suffered burn out several times. It took me years to recover and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. It was awful.
I had to learn to control my use of time or I was going to be taken out in box or lose my sanity. So what did I do? I made a decision. As with all successes in life, they start with someone making a decision. That was easy wasn't it?
I decided enough is enough. And I got myself started. At first it was a simple diary then I read a couple of books, some trial and error but it all came together. I got back in control but it took years to achieve a good work/life balance. To feel sane again.
The good news is that you can get sanity back in your life much quicker because it is much easier to find help these days. In fact you are already a good way towards reclaiming your life just by being on this page.
